String Painting

My kids had so much fun with this - dipping string into paint and then dragging across the paper creates interesting designs.

Materials

• Paint (Poster or Tempura)
• Paper
• String

Instructions

• Step 1

• Step 2

• Step 3

1. Dip the string in paint
2. Drag the string across the paper to create patterns.
3. OR _ fold the paper in half. Lay several pieces of paint soaked string in between the two halves of the paper. With your hand on top of the paper, pull the pieces of string out carefully.
